Install Visual Studio SDK 3

I heared that we can get the VSTA from VS SDK3.
download from www.microsoft.com and install.
 
 
OMG: SDK Install fails with Error Code = 2
Search this string in Baidu, no result...
Search this string in Google, wonderful, get it
 
OMG: SDK Install fails with Error Code = 2 if i have a subDriver.
---Yes, i set a subDriver for VSS long time ago.
and then delete it with Dos Command---subst.

Visual Studio Tools for Applications (VSTA) Not Included

?         VSTA is not shipping with the Visual Studio 2005 SDK "v3" release, as it is still pre-release software. If you require VSTA for development or testing, you can obtain it from the Visual Studio 2005 SDK v3 August CTP.

bad news, SDK4 does not contain VSTA, even not mention that.
